JULY 23 OVERLAY DISTRICT MEETING

The July 23 Overlay District joint meeting with the Planning Board and Board of Selectmen was attended by about thirty residents. Please read the linked article below for some of the details of the meeting. I will be updating you with more information shortly!

JULY 23 OVERLAY MEETING: PLEASE ATTEND!

The awaited second meeting of the Zoning Overlay Proposal is this Thursday, July 23 at 8:00 pm in Room 103 of the Town Offices. The topics of discussion are:

- Review results of land use polling
- Goals for Areas A, B and C
- Review results of visual preferencing polling
- Decision by boards regarding next steps/activities
- Discuss boundaries of the district (s)
- MAPC presentation based on input
- Next steps: set meeting date

The three potential overlay district areas are:
Draft Sub-areas:
A - existing Business village area
B - IBM west to Beaver Brook Road
C - From east of Village to Powers Road
